Starfish-Beginners,
Ages 2+
The Starfish level is designed for new swimmers who are building confidence and comfort in the water. Swimmers learn essential water safety skills while developing the foundations of swimming through floating, kicking, and early stroke movements. Coach Billy focuses on patience, encouragement, and step-by-step progress so each swimmer gains confidence while learning to move safely and independently in the water.
Curriculum Rollout

Evaluation – Assess comfort level in the water and basic swimming ability.

Floating & Bubbles – Learning to float on the back and control breathing by blowing bubbles.

Kicking Fundamentals – Developing strong and consistent kicking technique.

Intro to Strokes – Introduction to breaststroke movements and front crawl basics.

Treading Water – Beginning skills for staying afloat and maintaining balance in the water.

Pool Entry Skills – Safe jumping from the side of the pool and returning to the wall.

Water Safety – Learning how to find and reach the wall independently.

Final Skill Check – Demonstrating confidence and foundational swimming skills.

Sea Turtles-Intermediate
The Sea Turtles level is designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and ready to strengthen their technique. At this stage, swimmers begin refining their strokes while improving breathing control, coordination, and endurance. Coach Billy focuses on helping swimmers develop stronger kicks, smoother front crawl and breaststroke technique, and greater confidence swimming independently in deeper water.

Makos-Pre-Team
The Makos level is designed for strong swimmers who are ready to refine their strokes and build the skills needed for swim team training. At this stage, swimmers work on improving technique, speed, and endurance while learning additional competitive strokes. Coach Billy focuses on developing efficient freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke while introducing butterfly fundamentals and advanced underwater skills.

Stroke School-Advanced Team Training
Stroke School is designed for swimmers who are already on a swim team or preparing for competitive swimming. This advanced add-on focuses on refining all four competitive strokes while improving technique, turns, underwater work, and race efficiency. Coach Billy works closely with swimmers to polish stroke mechanics, build endurance, and develop the skills needed for strong Individual Medley (IM) performance.
